THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING EXCESS AMTERIAL AT THE STOCK PILE AREA WITH A FRONT END LOADER. HE STRUCK A NATURAL GAS LINE CAUSING IT TO ERUPT INTO FLAMES CAUSING SERIOUS INJURIES.
