EE then felt EE's back crack, causing a strain in EE's upper back. EE was treated with First Aid measures until 8/29/2022 when EE was prescribed physical therapy.

WALKING PAST BALL MILL-WHICH WAS BEING WASHED-A DROP OF WATER WAS ABLE TO PASS AROUND HIS SAFETYR GLASSES LEAVING PARTICLES IN HIS EYE.
