The victim was located at the pillar corner in the crosscut between the No 7 and No 8 entry on the 001 MMU, when he was struck by a piece of draw rock approx 6' long X 3' wide X 6-8"" thick. Victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the assistant Knox County Coroner.""
