TH E ROPE WAS PLACED ON A HOOK WHILE TOWING; THE HOOK ON THE TOWING TRUCK FAILED CAUSING THE HOOK TO SLINGSHOT THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD OF THE TOWED TRUCK, STRIKING THE VICTIM.
