Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

EMPLOYEE WAS RUNNING ACETATE GEL TESTS. HE TAPPED JAR ON THE COUNTER TO RELEASE AIR BUBBLES AND THE GEL FLEW INTO RIGHT EYE. EMPLOYEE REMOVED SAFETY GLASSES WHEN RUNNING TESTS BECAUSE THEY WERE UNCOMFORTABLE TO WEAR ALONG WITH RESPIRATOR.

EE WAS USING HAND HELD KNIFE & SHARPENING TOOL IMPROPERLY. HE WAS NOT KEEPING HIS EYES ON TASK, SLASHING KNIFE ACROSS THE BACK OF HIS HAND. CUT FOREFINGER & THUMB OF LEFT HAND NEEDING SUTURES.
