Fall to the walkway or working surface
Injured party was traveling by foot from one area of the property to another when he slipped and fell because of the ice. *The Tri-State area had an ice storm on Tuesday 2/13/08 and everything had ice on it for the next two days. This was a major contributor in this accident.
Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects
Adjusting valve on 20"" cyclones. Trying to close the valve that is stuck open, using a pipe to close the valve.
