Struck by falling object

Excavator was working in Redwine pit, highwall collapsed causing rock to fall on excavator. This caused a fatal injury to operator.

Struck by flying object

Employee was removing a loader tooth, he struck tooth and a small piece of metal came off of the tooth and lodged under the skin of the left knee.
