While working on A/C on truck, reached into fan and cut tip of right hand middle finger almost completely through.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

While replacing blades on scraper, lifted one and felt pain in lower back. Continued working until 11 days later when felt the injury again while in office.

Employee was unloading grease can from back of truck. while lowering to ground lid of grease can cut employees hand. wound was cleaned and wrapped on site. wound was then cleaned, closed and bandaged at ER.
