Employee was cleaning D-11 tracks; he slipped & fell injuring his left knee.

Pulled muscle in right shoulder while installing turbo in a rock truck when it slid and he tried to stop it. He recently on Aug 17, 2006 was diagnosed with a torn rotor cuff and went off on Aug 18th to prepare for surgery.
