Employee was walking to the bathhouse to get ready for work and stepped in a hole in the grass between building and parking lot. Employee fell and was helped to his feet and when he tried to walk his right knee buckled and he fell again.

While cutting weeds Contractor was stung multiple times by bees.

Employee was diagnosed with Occupational Pneumoconiosis.
