EE WAS HELPING TAKE APART BELT STRUCTURE AND PUTHIS RIGHT #4 FINGER IN A GAP BETWEEN THE BELT RAIL AND THE BELT STRUCTURE WHILE LIFTING THE STRUCTURE WHICH CAUSED A LACERATION AND BONE CHI P TO THE FINGER. THE FINGER HAD TO BE SUTURED.
