Struck by falling object

EE had just finished installing timbers and began to observe the top for the miner operator who had begun to cut the end cut in the #2 entry. A section of roof measuring 18' wide 0-60"" thick fell on ee causing fatal injuries.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

Ee caught his right foot under railroad track causing him to fall.
