Fall from machine

An employee fell off of ""A"" crusher while transitioning from the steps to the platform, which both are built on the crusher. EE landed on feet, but landed on a patch of ice. This caused EE's feet to kick out from underneath EE. EE landed on left shoulder and neck area. This aggravated a previous injury EE sustained at home on 1/7/25.
