WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BULLDOZER HE EXPERIENCED PAIN DOWN HIS LEFT ARM. EMPLOYEE CONTINUED WORKING UNTIL 10/17/05 AT SUCH TIME HE STARTED MISSING WORK DUE TO THIS ACCIDENT.
