EE WAS WALKING THRU THE NO MAIN DOOR IN THE MILLBLDG AS HE WALKED IN THE WIND CAUGHT THE DOOR & BLEW IT OPEN, EE TURNED AROUND & ATTEMPTED TO CATCH THE DOOR HIS FOOT DID NOT PIVOT & HE TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE

DERRICK WAS AT 50% ANGLE. EE WAS IN THE DERRICK MAKING CONNECTION. HE WRAPPED HIS ARM AROUND DRILL PIPE TO LIFT IT UP WHILE THE TOP HEAD WAS ROTATING. IT CROSS THREADED AND CAUGHT HIS COVERALL S IN THE DRILL PIPE AND BROKE HIS ARM. DRILLER IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN DRILL RIG BEFORE ANY OTHER INJURY COULD OCCUR.
