While employee was moving a piece of steel and putting on the ground the metal ladder rolled back striking employee's shin. Employee sought no medical attention due to employee saying employee would be OK.

While removing back plate covering screen, after taking nuts and washers off we did not know that the bolts were not welded on inside of screen. The weight of the plate caused the bolts to angle downward and the plate to slide off bolts smashing employee's left hand.
