WHILE WORKING AS BALL MILL OPERATOR SUBJECT BECAME DIZZY AND NAUSEOUS, SWEATY AND EXPERIENCED RAPID HEARTBEAT. SUBJECT WAS TAKING DENSITY TESTS FROM BALL MILL DISCHARGE. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OR IMPAIRMENT.
