Cleaning out Gabion Grizzly, Rocks get Jammed and emplyee has to either pry or push the rocks out of the grizzly. Employee was using a sledge hammer to get the rocks lose and pulled something in his right shoulder.

Climbing down a ladder, stopped to re-hook safety chains. Stepped on power cables hanging against the ladder. Fell appox. 4 ft to 5 ft injuring right shoulder.

2 EE's were changing out a broken drag cable on the 4600 manitowic. EE was installing the new drag cable into the crow foot assembly. On the underneath side of the plastic lined cable were two pieces of cable out of lining, which the EE did not see. Upon pulling on cable, the piece cut his left index finger. His hand slipped off the cable, cutting his L index finger.
