EMPLOYEE WANTED TO START A FAN AT THE EQUIPMENT WASH RACK. HE TURNED THE MAIN BREAKER ON THEN WENT TO THE FAN TO PUSH THE START BUTTON. HE REPORTED FIRE FLYING FROM THE BOX AND RECEIVING A SHO CK THAT THREW HIM TO THE FLOOR.
