ELECTRICAL TESTING WAS BEING DONE ON TEH 3 PHASE 480 VOLT CURCIT IN THE 001 SECTION POWER CENTER BY THE MINE ELECTRICAN THE VOLT METER USED BY THE ELECTRICAN WAS ON THE WRONG HOM SETTING WHICH CAUSED AN ELECTRIAL FLASH OVER WHEN THE LEADS WERE CONECTED A CROSS TWO PHASES OF THE 480 VOLT CURCIT THE ELECTRICAN RECEIVED SEVERE BURNS TO BOTH HANDS.
