JAMES BELVINS WAS TO REPLACE FUSE IN CHARGING UNIT. HE REMOVED THE CHARGER CAT HEAD FROM POWER SUPPLY THEN WENT TO CHARGER TO CHANGE FUSE. HIS STATEMENT WAS, I DIDNT BLED THE COMPASED, AND IT BLEW UP.
