THE INJURED THE PLANT MANAGER WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE MAIN SCREW WAS NOT WORKING.HE WENT TO THE SWITCH HOUSE TO CHECK THE VOLTAGE.HE HAD THE AMP GUAGE ON DC INSTEAD OF AC WHEN HE PUT THE PROBE O N FUSES.THERE WAS A SMALL EXPLOSION AND EMPLOYEEWAS KNOCKED TO THE FLOOR.HE HAD BEEN BURNED ON THE FACE,EYES,ARMS,AND HANDS.
