EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING OUT UNDER CRUSHER, USING S A SHOVEL STANDING IN WATER WHEN HE RECEIVED AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK. THIS SHOCK WAS CAUSED BY A SHORT IN AN ELECTRIC MOTOR ON A CONVEYOR BELT. THE SHOCK CAME FROM THE FRAME WHICH WAS IN THE WATER WHERE THE EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING
