WHILE MAKING ROUNDS THE EE NOTICED A WIRE HANGING FROM THE METER PANEL IN THE 8050 DRAGLINE MOTOR CONTROL CENTER. WHEN HE REACHED FOR THE WIRE, IT FLASHED, CAUSING BURNS 2ND DEGREE TO THE TIPS AND BACKS OF FIRST THREE FINGERS OF THE RIGHT HAND, 1ST DEGREE BURNS TO THE LEFT SIDE OF NECK, DEEP CORNEAL ABRASION TO THE LEFT EYE ALSO 2ND DEGREE BURNS FIRST TWO FINGERS OF LEFT HAND.
