EMPL WAS DOING ELECTRICAL WORK WHEN ELECTRICAL BOX BLEW UP WHILE HAND WAS STILL IN THERE. BURNT LEFT HAND & ARM ALSO HAD SOME FACIAL BURNS WITH ALOT OF REDNESS FOR FEW DAYS.
