EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE SCREEN HOUSE, RE-WIRING A BREAKER BOX AFTER MOTOR HAD SHORTED AND BURNED OUT. WHENEVER THEY SWITCHED BREAKER BACK ON, THE LID BLEW OFF THE BREAKER BOX STRIKING HIM BESIDE H IS RIGHT EYE.
