EMPLOYEE WAS IN8TRUCTED NOT OT TOUCH ELECTRICAL PANEL UNTIL MGR.COULD RETURN WITH A FUSE TESTER AND A PULLER,(PULLER AT PANEL WAS FOUND TO BE BROKEN)WHILE MGR.LEFT,EMPLOYEE PULLED A WRONG FUSE FROM A RUNNING 4OTOR.WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO PUT THE FUSE BACK INTO THE HOLDER.HE HELD IT IS HIS HAND AND IT ARCED,WHICH BLINDED HIM TEMPORARILY AND BURN HIS HAND SEVERLY.
