EE WAS REPEATING THE PROCEEDURE OF REMOVING THE FUSES FROM THE ELECTRICAL BOX AFTER IT HAD BEEN DISENGAGED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE BOX WAS OLD & DEFECTIVE & POWER WAS NOT SHUT OFF. AS THE EE ATTEMPTED THE LAST FUSE HIS WATCH TOUCHED THE BOX & CAUSED THE BOX TO SHORT OUT & EXPLODE. ONLY FLASH BURN WAS EXPERIENCED NO SHOCK.
