A DRILL RIG WAS CLEANING A WELL CASING. BLOCKING ON THE RIG SLIPPED DUE TO WET GROUND CAUSING THE RIG TO SLIDE NEAR A SWITCH RACK. THE SWITCH RACK BEING IN THE WAY FOR RE-SETTING THE RIG WAS T HEN MOVED BY HAND. WHILE MOVING THE RACK BY HAND, AN ENERGIZED MAIN FEEDER LINE WAS PULLED LOOSE AND ENERGIZED THE ENTIRE RACK. THE EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING ON TO THE RACK AND RECEIVED AN ELECTRI
