EMP WAS CUTTING3A BURIED ELECTRIC CABLE THAT WAS INADVERTANTLY ENERGIZED CAUSING AN ARC-FLASH. HE WAS STARTLED AND FELL BACKWARD ON THE GROUND. THERE WAS NO INJURY BUT HE WAS SENT TO HOSPITAL TO ASSURE HE WA8 NOT HARMED. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A REPORTABLE ACCIDENT BUT WAS REPORTED ON 8/27/86 IN ERROR
