INJURED WAS SETTING OUTRIGGERS ON CRANE, THE CRANE MOVED UNDER HIGH TENSION LINES WITH ITS BOOM LOWERED. THE 0PERATOR RAISED THE BOOM INTO THE LINES WITHOUT SWINGING CLEAR OF THE LINES FIRST SENDING AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK THROUGH MARK'S BODY.
