EE, WENT OT SWITHC OFF THE "BREAKER" OF THE CEMENT MILL. AS THE "BREAKER" CAME LOOSE AN EXPLOSION OCCURRED CAUSING 2ND DEGREE BURNS TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF EE'S FACE, NECK, EAR, BACK, AND TO THE RIGH ARM AND HAND 3RD DEGREE BURNS.
