O3 FILING, HE RETURNED TO FIND HIM UNCONSCIOUS NEAR THE BASE TAILPULLEY OF THE BELT HE IS BELIEVE TO HAVE BEEN ELECTROCHTED DUE TO A BLOWN TO GROUND MOTOR.
