AN INDEPENDENT TRUCK DRIVER CONTRACTED BY A CUSTOMER TO PICK-UP A LOAD OF GRAVEL, BEFORE REACHING THE OFICE TRAILER & WEIGH SCALE, BACKED HIS TRUCK AT THE EDGE OF THE ACCESS ROAD & RAISED THE 31\ BED OF THE TRAILER INTO 13200 VOLT POWER LINES WHICH CROSS THE ACCESS ROAD AT APPROX 25\ ABOVE THE ROAD LEVEL.
