AS HE WAS TURNING AROUND TO LOCK OUT C-150\S HIS RIGHT SHOULDER BUMPED THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY CABINET ALL THREE DOORS BLEW OPEN ON THE MAIN CABINE T, HE WENT TO REPORT INCIDENT AND NOTICED A FLASH BURN TO HIS RIGHT ELBOW.
