HE WAS STRINGIN1 WIRE TO CONTROL BOX HE SAW A PIECE OF SILICONE STICKING OUT FROM THE AREA WHERE THE WIRE WAS RAN AND HE USED A SCREWDRIVER TO TRY AND DISLODGE IT. HE WAS ELECTRICALLY BURNED FROM HANDS THRU3HIS FACE.
