EMPLOYEE WAS ST9IPPING AT OLD ELECTRICAL WIRING OUT OF A BUILDING TO BE TORN DOWN.HE FAILED TO CHECK CIRCUIT TO SEE IF IT WAS LOCKED OUT.AS HE CUT A BUNCH OF WIRES IT FLASHED AND STARTLED HIM CAUSING HIM TO 0ALL OFF A LADDER.HE DID NOT GET A SHOCK.WHEN HE LANDED HE BRUISED HIS KNEE AND A BLOOD CLOT FORMED.
