EMP WAS HOOKING UP CABLE FROM 440 VOLT HEATER TO THE TEST PANEL IN ELECTRICAL SHOP HE DID NOT NOTICE THAT THE 440 VOLT POWER BREAKER WAS ON HE TOOK THE RUBBER COVERED ALLIGATOR CLIPS IN HIS HANDS AND STARTED TO CLIP THEM TO THE BARE ENDS OF THE CABLE CAUSING ELECTRICAL SHOCK
