CRANE BOOM SWUNG INTO HIGH VOLTAGE LINE. EE WAS HOLDING THE CABLE ON THE CRANE FROM THE GROUND WHEN CONTACT WAS MADE. 1ST, 2ND, & 3RD DEGREE BURNS. EE WAS TRANSFERRED BY SQUAD TO HOSPITAL FOR EMERGENCY ROOM OBSERVATION AND TREATMENT AND RELEASED. FINAL DAMAGE AND IMPAIRMENT YET TO BE DETERMINED.
