HE WAS SERVICIN1 EQUIPMENT AND ALL EQUIPMENT WAS SHUT DOWN. HE WALKED TO THE END OF THE BELT TO SERVICE THE HEAD ROLL ON A 100 FT STACKER BELT. WE BELIEVE HE COULD HAVE BEEN STRUCK BY LIGHTNIN G. HE RECEIVED 6URNS TO HIS CHEST, STOMACHE, R. ARM AND BOTH LEGS TO THE KNEES. OTHER EMPLOYEES GOT HIM OFF THE BELT.
