EMPLOYEE WAS PU5LING AWAY FROM THE SHOVEL IN HER HAUL TRUCK. AN ELECTRICAL WIRE CAME LOOSE CAUSING IT TO SMOKE IN THE CAB. EMPLOYEE HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THIS SMOKE, CAUSING HER TO HAVE BREATHING PROBL9MS SEVERAL HOURS LATER. EMPLOYEE WAS NOT EXPOSED TO THE SMOKE FOR OVER 30 SECONSDS.
