WHILE SERVICING ON ELECTRICAL MOTOR CONTROL PANEL THE EMPLOYEE TURNED ON THE MOTOR STARTED AND IT PRODUCED A BRIGHT FLASH OF LIGHT HEAT AND SOOT.THE EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING TO THE SIDE OF THE PA NEL AS TRAINED BUT WAS BURNED ON THE LEFT HAND AND FACE FROM EXPOSURE TO THE FLASH.
