WHILE RUNNING A WIRE THROUGH A CULVERT PIPE IN THE TUNNEL HIS RT ARM TOUCHED THE PIPE AT WHICH TIME HE RECEIVED A SHOCK THE TUNNEL FLOOR WAS WET & A SPLICE IN THE PREVIOUSLY RUN 480 VOLT WIRE CAUSED A SHORT TO TRAVEL THROUGH THE CULVERT PIPE EE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS TREATED & ADMISTTED FOR A PERIOD OF SIX DAYS HE IS NOW ON LEAVE FOR UP TO SIX WEEKS ON RECOMMENDATIO
