EMPLOYEE WAS BEGINNING TO TIGHTEN UP SCREW BEHIND THE FUSES ON FUSE BOX FOR THE FEEDER MOTOR,AND FAILED TO CUT THE IN-COMING CURRENT OFF AT THE MAIN STARTER BOX.WHEN PLACED SCREWDRIVER AGAINST THE BACK OF THE FUSE HE RECEIVED A SEVERE ELECTRICAL SURGE FROM THE 440 BOLT FUSE BOX.THIS WENT IN THROUGH HIS RIGHT HAND THROUGH HIS CHEST AREA AND OUT THROUGH HIS LEFT HAND,CAUSING SEVERE
