EE WAS TROUBLESHOOTING A CONTROL PROBLEM IN THE HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCH CABIENT OF 2 TOILS BOOSTER PUMP. WHILE THIS WORK IS NORMALLY PERFORMED THROUGH THE FRONT CABINET DOOR, THE EE OPENED THE REA R DOOR, TO LOCATED AN AUXILIARY CONTACT BLOCK MOUNTED ON THE SIDE OF THE MOTOR STARTER. THE EE HAS NO RECOLLECTION OF WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT TIME.
