THIS ELECTRICIAN WAS CLOSING THE 7200 VOLT DISCONNECTS ON THE SHOVEL. DUE TO HUMAN ERROR HE HAD THE OCB IN WHILE CLOSING THE DISCONNECTS, CAUSING AN ELECTRICAL EXPOSION WHICH SET HIS CLOTHES ON FIRE. EE RECEIVED VARIOUS BURNS FROM FLASH & FLAMES.
