THE EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING READY TO DISCONNECT POWER CABLE FROM DRAGLINE. HE TURNED POWER OFF. AT THE MAIN TRANSFORMER. BY TRIPPING THE ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT. HE SAID HE HEARD IT. DISCONNEC T. THE CONTACT POINTS DID NOT DISCONNECT ALL THE WAY. HE BEGAN TO DISCONNECT CABLE FROM BREAKER BOX. THE CABLE STILL HAD POWER RESULTING INT EH EMPLOYEE GETTING HIS LEFT HAND BURN IT.
