WHILE CHARGING DEAD BATTERIES LOCATED INSIDE THE BULLDOZER CAB, THE MECHANIC ENTERED THE CAB TO START THE MACHINE. ONE BATTERY EXPLODED THROWING ACID IN HIS FACE WHICH STARTLED HIM CAUSING HIM TO JERK BACK AND HIT HIS HEAD. HE WAS THEN TAKEN TO BROOKVILLE HOSPITAL TO EYES AND INJURY TO HEAD EXAMINED.
