THE MINER OPER. BACKED THE CAB OF THE MINER ONTO THE TRAILING CABLE, IT KICKED THE BREAKER AT HE TRANSFORMER. THE MINER OPERATOR WENT TO THE TRANSFORMER TO TRY TO SET THE BREAKER. HE WAS TRY ING TO PULL THE CABLE FROM UNDER THE MINER CAB WHEN THE OPER. WAS TRYING TO CLOSE THE BREAKER. THE BREAKER CAME UP BUT DID NOT STAY IN.
