THE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A LOADER WHEN THE LIGHTS WENT OUT. HE STARTED TO OPEN THE DOOR TO THE BATTERY TO CHECK IT, WHEN THE BATTERY BLEW UP IN HIS FACE. WHEN THE ACID FROM THE BATTERY WAS T HROWN IN HIS FACE, HE FELL OFF THE LOADER.
